Guest guest
[Welcome all to our healing community!] Thanks for the *welcome*! I joined the list for the same reasons it began, to learn - also to share. Let's see.......I am a kundalini yoga instructor/buddhist meditation facilitator/astrologer/ & pain management counselor at a health clinic in the Cape Fear region of North Carolina. My primary teacher is the Theravadan Buddhist Abbot at Wat Carolina. My healing practice begins with meditation and incorporates use of healing energies generated by anapanasati (mindfulness of breath). Pranayama in yoga continues the process by moving energies, clearing and strengthening, etc. I work with herbs and essential oils, also crystals and elixirs. The natural environment is the most healing aspect to my personal work and it is the night sky, the trees and grasses, the ocean, that bring me peace and happiness! And I am foremost a student. Many teachers - yesterday it was a wren who visited teaching me to pay attention to details deborah
