If your knees are popping a lot, making a clicking sound, look at excess dairy, protein or salt in the diet. Use Juniper Berry to strengthen the kidneys. Esp pain. 2 inches up from the knee, on the inside of the thigh, are 2 acupressure points that are sore if it is a liver issue. We use acu-magnets, L N-pole R S-pole Eat 2 eggs b4 10 am, drink 1 lemon in water-spaced out over the day- but at least every morning & evening.
