Yogi, THANK YOU! I ask myself as I read about

stagnation, thought and energy,

I ask myself what is thought, and wonder.. Is it a

form of energy? What is energy? What is Spirit? Are

they all related? I think they are. Thought is

energy, Spirit is energy. Recently I hosted a

discussion I called " The Metaphysics of Life " where we

discussed energy, Spirit, magic, and learning to

recognize, listen to and follow our Inner Voice, what

some call " the higher self " . The ideas and experiences

shared was very enlightening for me. Seeing the idea

that thought follows energy, I thought about my

discussion, feeling very strongly that thought is

energy. Just thinking.... and GLAD TO BE BACK!

Before returning here, I took time to look deeply

within myself, to make repairs and reawaken the

happiness I had known. It's an ongoing Journey of self

discovery and awareness. For 20 years I've helped

others, one on one, for free, and I had to step back

awhile and apply some of the techniques to MYSELF.

Though I did test the them, there were just some I

needed stronger application of. Many have said that

we teach what we need to learn most.. Oh how true! I'd

like to share my Journey with the group, and catch up

on what I've been missing in the great wealth of

information here.

Some things happened to me that changed my life for

the better, especially my outlook and how I handle

things. Remember I did acknowledge I needed to work

on certain areas. THough I always knew, I just got a

bit lost for awhile. I had to reawaken it on the

deeper levels. Once again, I am Very Happy.
