Guest guest
Many of the remedies described here have been helping me since I found them sometime around April.. There is a site I ordered ready made colon cleansers that have those ingredients in them. I bought the psyillim and flax seed from a local health food store just before discovering the other remedies. The holistic consultant I had for awhile recommended them and supported me in my research on the cleansers. Sadly he stopped taking my insurance, and I have to find the dr.'s name I got from Yogi. Even when I eat well I still have problems, but that's due to a lifetime of poor eating habits and little exercise. I've gotten the constipation in control somewhat now. --Feather-- , yogiguruji@a... wrote: > Good Morning! > > Constipation and Herbal Remedies > > Constipation is a result of when waste materials move too slowly > though the large bowel.
