It has helped me in many areas. I can not offer healing advice in terms of herbs, medications or other such practices but can answer questions relating to Angels, Spirit Guides and the Paranormal. I find sometimes, the brest medicine is for those who are down to know they aren't alone. None of us are ever alone. It is such a warm and comforting feeling. I am not a 'visualizer' so have trouble with a lot of the meditation instructions I receive. Any help/advice would be appreciated. I am feeling much better. I am happy that I keep alternative medicine only. Guest guest Posted August 1, 2001 Report Share Posted August 1, 2001 It's quite easy for you to find your Spirit Guides and your Angels...all you do is this....at night, turn off your lights and lay in bed and relax...either mentally or outloud, ask for the name of your main Spirit Guides. Do the same thing for your Angel. Take the first name that you get. Don't mull the name over. It may sound different to you but after you hear it, you will see that your Guide has been trying to give you the name everyday. You will see the name consistantly and even say to yourself or outloud< " Gosh, why do I see that name all of the time? " I recommend the book by Louise Hay...You Can Heal Your Life....It isn't expensive and is easy reading. It has changed so many lives, mine included. I would like you to email cbmd This woman is a physician who does energy healing. She actually has clients flying into Maryland to be treated by her. She was a Physician involved in Western medicine and then switched to Holistic and has now combined the two.
