Good Morning All!

Welcome to anyone new and warm blessings to you all.

This is a ritual for protecting your home or work/healing space to ensure that the energies that you encounter there will only be the nicest ones:)))

1. Stand in the centre of the space that you would like cleansed. Sense the energy of the environment and proceed to smudge yourself and cleanse your aura using the visualisation technique.

2. Expand your egg of protection until it fills the entire building or boundary of the property. Move to the Eastern corner of the environment and visualize yourself holding a bright sword of light which sends out a pure energy beam.

3. Visualize a huge guardian - the Great Eagle Spirit, behind you and visualize yourself pushing a forcefield of energy all around you and into the ground beneath you with a sweep of your arm, affirming "Great Eagle, Spirit of Air, protect the East."

4. Do the same in the Southern corner of the space, summoning this time Coyote. Bring down the forcefield of energy as you affirm "Great Coyote, Spirit of Water, protect the South."

5. Now turn to the West and summon the Grizzly Bear, bringing down the forcefield whilst affirming "Great Grizzly Bear, Spirit of Fire, protect the West."

6. Finally, move to the North where you will invoke the protection of Earth, the Buffalo Spirit. As you bring down the forcefield of energy, ask "Great Buffalo, Spirit of the Earth, protect the North."

7. Visualize the four forcefields of shimmering energy merging together to create a safe haven and at this time you may ask your guardian animals to stay and guard their corners. You may also like to say your own prayer of protection as well at this time.

8. Thank the Great Spirits and all of your guides, teachers and friends for their help.

I hope that this is useful.

Warm Blessings

Tammie
