It is a little instruction on Aura cleansing which you may use yourselves or pass on to your clients if you wish. Have a wonderful day. Warm Blessings Tammie 1. Sit or stand in a comfortable position. Spend a few moments focusing on your breathing and let it become comfortable and relaxed. 2. Think about the seven chakras - Visualize them pulsating through your body and feel the tingle of energy that they create. 3. Now let that energy extend out beyond your body so it forms a beautiful shimmering white "egg" all above, around and below your body so that you are inside the energy. 4. Become aware of the strong protective quality of this egg. No old stale, expired energies can penetrate it and yet you can easily send out your energy through it and receive wanted energies, so that it is not restrictive to you at all. 5. The egg can be any colour that you decide. Bright blue can be very purifying; a gentle green can be healing or it could be a soft golden-pink which is good for use with spiritual work. 6. Remember that you can call up your egg at will. This can be very useful whenever you are feeling in a negative space, uneasy or unhappy or as preparation for a very important meeting or before sleep. I have attained Master/Teacher level in Usui Ryoho Rishi Reiki and am also a Grandmaster of Magnussa Phoenix, having had the wonderful honour of being the first here in Australia. I am the moderator of the MPR-Australia e-group and also work as a "reader" and healer (using crystals) and in clearing entities. I am a single mother of four children under ten and also teach psychic development, all of which keeps me pretty busy!! I hope that this tells you what you wanted to know.
