First, start following the Do's and Don'ts given there at. Then slowly while comfortably lying on a hard bed bed before getting up after sleep,let her do those simple exerises as visually shown on YouTube also or get a VCD from me. I do not know your location. If she could see me for personal guidance, it would have been really great. Hopefully, she could have felt much better within the very first attempt. If you don't have the YouTube links, I shall send you the same after hearing from you.Those who come to me, have never gone for an operation.
