I agree with Jane that there are simple and more effective cures in India,

which can substitute AntiRabies injections promoted aggressively

by pharma agents directly or indirectly because they receive their fat cuts.

By taking out PILs and quoting ignorant organisations like CEHAT they

make it appear that they are doing excellent work all in the name of poor people like pharma mafia selling costly and deadly Anti Retrovirals

to our poor brothers in Africa.

Instead of charging poor patients Rs.300 (brought down from Rs.1500) per injection,

why not give Homeopathic Hydrophobinum or Lyssin, which will not even cost

25 paise per dose? Or for that matter wash the bite site with salt water or simple

sour lime and then apply turmeric or use Aloe Vera poultice?

Incidentally, what is the percentage of dogbite to overall population of HP?

So why this scare mongering?

It may also be noted that all dogs are not rabied and to force Anti-Rabies injection

in all cases is creating fear and promoting injections that are not required.

I have challenged organisations like CEHAT in the past too. They are so ignorant

of traditional and natural approaches which are safer, cheaper and more effective.

Similarly all these do gooders forget that in India we have six recognised systems

of medicine and to promote aggressively only allopathy (which is a pseudo science)

is highly improper and unethical.

I have written on this subject in the past too and for more details the saner people

may refer to my website : www.healthwisdom.org
