International League of Doctors Against Vivisection

Yes Poorva, I was Vice President of the International League of Doctors

Against Vivisection (ILDAV) with its international HQ in Switzerland.

Later, when Milli Schar Manzoli (the founder died) the organisation was

renamed as International Organisation of Animal Protection,

with office shifted to Italy some 5 years ago. But I have not heard anything

about its activities since then.

 

The original aim of ILDAV was to STOP the cruel and useless animal

experiments in the Medical Labs. This called for dedication, courage and

commitment

of all those connected with it, mainly doctors. Later on when the scope was

increased

(rather diluted), many lost interest in the said organisation. Because there

are many

Animal Protection organisations, which in themselves have nuisance value.

 

ILDAV was the ONLY organisation of its kind. Go on my website :

be banned.

 

I am trying to revive ILDAV in its original form and content.

Namely, its focus will be to STOP the animal experiments in Medical labs by

changing

the decadent laws. It is as difficult as telling USA to stop producing

nuclear weapons

or telling a dog lover NOT to eat other animals.

 

Only doctors will be enrolled FREE of charge.

I am also trying to increase the numbers by enrolling Nurses and nursing

students as

also Medical students subscribing to our aims and objectives.

Likewise, lawyers and Journalists and all those who believe in Respect for

Life and

Vegetarianism may also be enrolled to help us further.

 

ILDAV, in new Avatar, should become a movement, because there are many

so-called animal lovers,

who love say a dog or a cat or a caged parrot, but do NOT mind eating other

animals.

Animal Welfare has become a fad and a big business.

 

The medicines which are tested on mute animals and then prescribed on

human beings are unreliable and dagerous. But it is a big business run by

morons. Such a deleterious

business cannot be allowed to be run, because those " scientists " of dubious

merit who experiment

on animals degenerate into human killers like the Encounter Experts of the

Police are psychopaths.

 

So, the dividing line is Business v/s Calling.

Humane concern v/s puppy love.
