> pm. Each day, we will be preparing and sharing more

> than 20 delicious, creative and healthy desserts

> our neighbors, friends and fellow citizens. Each

> dessert will be free of two of the deadliest poisons

> -- white sugar and white flour -- and many will also

> be entirely free of dairy products as well. We will

> also be sharing many new recipes using local

> traditional grains.

> In addition to tasting, we will also offer

> opportunities for learning how to prepare healthy

> sweets from 2 pm to 5 pm. Interesting films on

> food,

> diet and healthful living will be screened from 4 pm

> to 6 pm, and discussions will follow. And from 6 pm

> to 7 pm, we have invited special guests to share

> their

> knowledge and experiences about healthy eating and

> lifestyles. We are also preparing a 'zine' for

> visitors to take home, complete with food facts,

> stories and great recipes!
