Guest guest
Dear Ofra, Thank you so much for the feed back. I designed the program so that anyone could do it. I just recently put an 88 year old man through it with absolutely no problems whatsoever, so you're absolutely correct on the gradient approach. Valorie and I also do the full program once a year (sometimes twice), just because of the current toxins found "naturally" in our environment. Only too glad to help. :-) Much love, Ian Ofra Friedman wrote: To Ian and Valorie From Ofra success story I just completed the 4 weeks of the total body cleanse program and I feel GREAT! After doing this cleanse I feel rejuvenated. I have a lot of energy all day, I sleep great without waking up during the night, I lost 15 pounds and I have the energy to exercise every day and get in shape and toned, back to the way I was over 10 years ago. I am impressed with the way this whole cleanse is so gradient to the body and is not as difficult to do as I expected it to be, especially the liver cleanse. About 8 years ago I did a liver cleanse as a separate cleanse and it was too high gradient and I had to recover from it a week after. This time I really enjoyed doing this cleanse. While doing it I felt that my health is improving to a higher and higher level and after completing it, I am still keeping a healthy complete vegetarian diet, not because I have to, but because my body does not crave any meat or dairy and does not need it. I intend to do this cleanse once a year. Thank you Ian for creating this and Valory for your help answering my questions throughout the time I did it. Love, Ofra Attachment: vcard [not shown]
Guest guest
An old patient rang me yesterday very worried because her GP told her that if her leg did not reduce in swelling and redness after the excision of an SCC on her lower shin she would have to be hospitalized. Visited her 2 hours later to find an adhesive synthetic dressing had been applied directly to the 1.5 cm wound and was surrounded by scarlet, swollen, inflamed, painful cellulitis, about 10" long and extending around the lower leg with the ankle about twice its normal size. I removed the 2 cm dressing which removed all the skin underneath it, washed the whole leg in Organic Calendula tincture 1/8th teaspoon in 1/2 cup of sterile normal saline, popped a few Apis 30 homeopathic pilules under her tongue, then rolled-on DMSO all over the lower leg right up to the edge of the wound and then applied MiracleII Gel on top of that, left it for a while, applied cotton gauze and a crepe bandage over the lower leg and returned the next day. Next day I repeated the procedure except i put a waterproof dressing (Molnlycke non-stick) over the wound so she could shower, by the time I left the ankle was the same size as the other one, the legs were the same colour and size, the offending leg perhaps a little pinker immediately around the wound. She was very happy. So was I! Best Jane
Guest guest
Jane, Now you're the kind of doctor that we should have more of. Josephine P.S. A high dose of Vitamin C will heal any weak and swollen blood vessels in the area. , " Jane MacRoss " <highfield1 wrote: > > An old patient rang me yesterday very worried because her GP told her that if her leg did not reduce in swelling and redness after the excision of an SCC on her lower shin she would have to be hospitalized. >
Guest guest
LOL - luckily I am a naughty nurse who studied homeopathy in the 60's and not every patient will allow you to slip pills under their tongues lol I also knew I had only 2 visits and needed instant results without side-effects - high Vit C might give diarrhoea in sensitive elderly patients Jane - " jlkinkona " <josephine Monday, January 28, 2008 7:48 PM Re: Success Jane, Now you're the kind of doctor that we should have more of.
