Guest guest
I recently had to call a pest control company for an infestation of roaches. While the man was here he gave me a tip on how to deal with them on my own. He said to buy a large bag of Splenda (more then likely this is the only good use of it) and line the corners of the kitchen cabinets and the inside corners of the drawers and counters with a fine line of it. The roaches love the stuff but can not digest it, so they die. One other thing he said was to be sure to clean out any dead roaches or egg pouches right away so they do not hatch and give you more. Hope this helps someone, he did get rid of my problem within two visits and it did not cost me an arm and a leg, so be sure to shop around if you need to call a professional. , " Soaring Hawk " <aSoaringHawk wrote: > > http://www.nomorecockroaches.com/ > > The Cockroach > Health experts say inhalation of cockroach feces and body fragments, > particularly among inner-city children, has resulted in an explosion of > asthma cases in the past two decades. > > If you have cockroaches in your home and have been trying to get rid of them > for some time, than you know that these pests are very persistent. > > Contemplating calling your local pest control operator? Guest guest
Has anyone on the group tried aspartame on the roaches. Wonder if that would work. And, then, the article studies roach parts and roach feces, surely another large factor would be the industrial and exhaust fumes in cities that come into homes. And lack of nutrients that enable one's body to compensate. On Behalf Of Soaring HawkSunday, September 30, 2007 11:23 AMaSoaringHawk The Cockroach http://www.nomorecockroaches.com/ The CockroachHealth experts say inhalation of cockroach feces and body fragments, particularly among inner-city children, has resulted in an explosion of asthma cases in the past two decades. If you have cockroaches in your home and have been trying to get rid of them for some time, than you know that these pests are very persistent. Contemplating calling your local pest control operator? Wait till you see his prices. I treatment for cockroaches in you home can cost up to $400 or more, depending on the type and circumstances. It can become very frustrating if you are trying to do it yourself without actually knowing how. I know, you've listened to your friends, purchased products and you're still not having any luck. It's not your fault. You just haven't been shown exactly how to get rid of your cockroaches. If you would like to learn more on getting rid of the cockroaches in your home and what to expect, Get this 50 page special report plus a free insect identification guide. There are five basic types of cockroaches that enter our homes. Cockroach identification is very important in cockroach control. The American Cockroach is probably the largest of all five. The American cockroach has a yellow band across its head. The smokey brown cockroach can be just a little smaller than the American Cockroach and is a dark brown or Mahoney in color. The Oriental cockroach is about the size of the smokey brown cockroach or maybe just a little smaller and is a dark brown or black. These are the three larger cockroaches ranging in size from 1 inch to 1½ inch in size. The two smaller cockroaches ranging in size from ½ to 5/8 inch are the German cockroach and the brown banded cockroach. The two somewhat look alike. The German cockroach is probably the most persistant cockroach found in the United States. You'll find these German cockroaches mostly in the kitchen area or around a water source such as bathrooms. They will infest inside your cabinets and other cracks and crevices. Its best to eliminate the German cockroach as soon as possible or you will have a house full of them in no time. German cockroaches can become an enormous problem if something is not done to control them. Did you know that one German cockroach egg capsule can contain 20 to 40 small baby cockroaches when hatched. The German cockroach is the most persistant cockroach found in the United States. The reason for this, and the reason this cockroach multiplies so quickly is that the egg capsule is carried during is complete life cycle. The German cockroach only releases the egg capsule when the babies are ready to emerge, thus increasing the life cycle of the German cockroach. Most other cockroaches paste their egg capsule to a surface which makes it vulnerable to environmental conditions and other predators thus reducing their life expectancy. German cockroaches normally live inside as opposed to the American cockroaches and the other large cockroaches that live outside and come inside for food and shelter. The German cockroach is usually brought into your home in a grocery sack or some other way. Lets say you know someone that has German cockroaches in their home, or maybe you don't know that they have them. They come to visit you and boom, you have a house full of cockroaches. German cockroaches as with other types of cockroaches can be brought in in boxes, purses, clothing, furniture (especially used furniture) or anything else. What cockroaches eat and their health hazards? Cockroaches will eat almost anything, from book bindings, paper, food and even human flesh. Did you know that doctors in some inner city areas report that one-half of the foreign objects they remove from children's ears are cockroaches and that Cockroaches have been identified as a common cause of asthma. Health experts say inhalation of cockroach feces and body fragments, particularly among inner-city children, has resulted in an explosion of asthma cases in the past two decades. It is believed that the cockroach may be a carrier for a range of bacteria, including salmonella, staphylococcus and streptococcus. How to get rid of cockroaches There are sprays, baits and bait stations. Sprays work well for contact kill but they won't get rid of your cockroaches. Cockroaches will sense the smells and go back into the wall and cracks and crevices and stay away from these sprays until they are gone. Baits seem to work best. I've been treating for german roaches for about 15 years now and all the sprays do is rid your home of these pests for a short period of time. Sure, you're going to kill a few. I've cleaned many homes of German roaches and baits work best. You can call a professional but be careful. Not all companies are honest. If you do it yourself than here's what you can do. Go to your local hardware store, home center or even Walgreen's and buy some ®Combat roach bait gel. It usually comes in a syringe or tube and apply this gel in all cracks and crevices in your home. All kitchen cabinets ( you don't have to empty your cabinets ). Just apply it in tiny dots about the size of a BB and no larger than a pea. Apply it to all corners of your cabinets and anywhere else you see roaches. Even boric acid works well. If you have a heavy infestation open up all your electrical switch plate covers and apply in the wall through the switch plate covers. Radiating UNCONDITIONAL LOVE & Truth To ALL who share our circle, our universe, our love, our trust. May I always be found worthy. Has CHF is on dialysis 3xa week and has both legs amputated up to the knee in the past 4 mon. He has been in and out of the hosp/nursing home since he collasped in his apt. Dec 05. Guest guest
Hi Kathy, has your brother tried any of the types of things mentioned here, especially the colloidal silver? Most recent person I know that had it had been in an automobile accident and then picked it up in hospital. But they did get rid of it with the vanc, or, perhaps he remains colonized with the superstrain, just waiting for him. I encourage you to use some of these sorts of things with the possibility mentioned. Your body can keep it in check, if it stays there all the time, and then when the stress of something, an injury perhaps, occurs, then it can start to multiply. Another question, perhaps for anyone, is where in the body does this bug harbor at, when not on site of an injury? Where does it go when the docs think that they have it licked? Guest guest
I vouch for this remedy of mixing powdered sugar or better glucose powder with an equal amount by weight of boric acid powder. Mix well. Sprinkle regularly near the hiding places of cockroaches and even among utensils and food containers. The cockroaches are gone within a month. Inducing ants (small mm size household variety) by leaving sugar crystals near hiding places also helps. The ants eat up the eggs of cockroaches. Boric acid treatment is best done in extreme winter or extreme dry summer when the nature also helps in killing them off. Rajinder On Behalf Of Guru KWednesday, October 03, 2007 2:28 AM Subject: [HealthyIndia] Re: The Cockroach Another thing that can work for cockroaches and ants is a combination of sugar and boric acid. The cockroaches eat the sugar but it is mixed with boric acid, which kills them when ingested. They also transfer this to other roaches. Sprinkle this along walls and corners. We don't have roaches here but when we do this for ants, they are gone in a week. ..

I have not tried to do much for him b/c he still believes in the Drs. I gave up on them along time ago. Another question, perhaps for anyone, is where in the body does this bug harbor at, when not on site of an injury? Where does it go when the docs think that they have it licked? Has CHF is on dialysis 3xa week and has both legs amputated up to the knee in the past 4 mon. He has been in and out of the hosp/nursing home since he collasped in his apt. Dec 05. The Dr. said Vanc kills it down but no antibiotic is completely able to eradicate. Also told me I am more than likely colonized due to spending so much time with him and caring for him. Rum, field of rum, rummy, What a bad connotation (Rumsfeld) to add to a good drink. I think that there are several, possibly many, natural things, herbs, that kill this Mrs A Staph. And I reckon your product of amazing grace does as well. And probably, vanc will not for long. Shortly after being taken in doses so high that it helps to kill the patient which then kills the bacteria that is feeding on the patient.
