Are you taking any medication which could be increasing BP? You can use natural medicaine to support the organs involved in hypertension and it would be useful to know which ones. From there you can begin to support the weakest organs and help bring them back into health. Antioxidants are also important in the prevention and slowing the onset of macular degeneration. Guest guest Posted July 29, 2009 Report Share Posted July 29, 2009 In reply to Mr Vickey Walker's querry, followings are reply -That being a RMP (A.M./Homeo) , bsides BE (civil),I had tried with homeo mediciens before 2 years for quite some times HBP (was fluctuating in between 130-150 to 90-100) -Finally started taking ZAARAT-50 as advised by Physician one tab/day since 2 years (approx)whic i wd like to replace with any natural mediciene -My age is at 61+ , & i don't have any cardiac / kidney /any other diseases, and also no other medicines being taken.
