Guest guest
I'm an N.D. and I'm curious as to whether you have been efficiently tested for deficiencies etc. This seems to be a litany of vitamins and supplements that may reiterate functions within each other. For example, why all that borage with all that evening primrose? Evening primrose is more effective a GLA. Also, you're only taking a small amount of silymarin - which I find interesting, since a supplement load like this is definitely tough on the liver. You know, many people in attempting to care for themselves naturally forget that these supplements ARE medicine, too and most are metabolized in the liver. I would agree that giving it a rest periodically is a good idea. Shen
