First couple of questions to this group. Hoping for some guidance.

Hello. My name is Mike. I reside in MN with a my wife and two boys 9

and 11. We try to eat right now that we are aware of all the harmful

additives in most grocery store foods. Steer clear of most beverages

and even sadly tainted water. We try to take vitamins and minerals

right for us to maintain a healthy life. Trying to take those without

the harmful unnecessary additives as well, like the preservatives,

binders, sweeteners, etc. But still learning much in that department.

I take more than the rest of my family as I have been researching

much but am unsure if I am doing everything correctly enough to

suggest that they all do. I am hoping to connect with someone who is

really well informed of vitamins and minerals as I have questions. I

currently take the following.

 

Before Breakfast

-Shen Min DHT Blocker; New Chapter Rhodiola Force 100

 

Breakfast

-Fish,Flax,Borage 1200mg; Milk Thistle 175mg; Ginger 550mg.

 

After Breakfast

-St. Johns Wart 300mg; Elderberry Natures Way 287.5mg; Echinacea

400mg; Rainbow Light Food Based Performance Energy for Men Multi-

Daily Program Dietary Supplement

 

Before Lunch

-New Chapter Rhodiola Force 100; New Chapter Mental Clarity

 

Lunch

-Evening Primrose Oil 1300mg; Garlic 1000mg; Chelated Potassium 99mg;

Biotin 500 mcg

 

After Lunch

-CoQ10 100mg; Olivenol Organic Olive Pulp 300mg containing 5mg

polyphenols; Cinnamin 500mg; St. Johns Wart 300mg; Echinacea 400mg;

Rainbow Light Food Based Performance Energy for Men Multi-Daily

Program Dietary Supplement

 

 

Dinner

-Echinacea 400mg; Elderberry Natures Way 287.5mg; Rainbow Light Food

Based Performance Energy for Men Multi-Daily Program Dietary

Supplement

 

 

After Dinner

-Psyllium Husks 1000mg

 

Before bed

-Shen Min DHT blocker

 

Does anything stand out as a concern with taking daily? I have

concern that my body will get too used to having all those listed

above everyday and that the day or two or more that I will miss at

some point in time will be harmful to me.

I also take Colloidal Silver once in a while and drink different teas.

I have been trying to take what I can to keep my body clean and

functioning as best as I currently know how. I have big concern of

this aerosol spraying that they have been doing overhead of us and

trying to do what I can to protect myself and others.

Does anyone have any feedback?

Would love to hear any.

If u r taking balance diet, there are no need to take extra

multivitamin tabs.

U should maintain ur daily routine life.

U should spare time for ur self.

U should start ur day meditation

Thank you for taking time to read and comment on my post. You have to

forgive me as I am not following you completely. Would you mind

explaining to me your response a little bit more?

Does everyone else here agree?

I have not always taken vitamins and minerals but have been

researching it for a couple of years off and on and thought I was on

the right track.

Of course one can not believe everything you read or hear or even

sometimes see. But even doctors are now recommending you supplement

with vitamins and minerals. Now I am not saying that I believe in a

lot of what they practice or preach especially with the drugs they

prescribe by any means. But I was surprised to hear THEM say

something like that. Especially when they don't make much money off

of them YET.

Although I realize there isn't a dire need for taking vitamins and

minerals if you are on a balanced diet as your body does one hell of

a job working in protecting itself by falling back in to survival

mode whenever needed. But all this aluminum and barium and polymers

along with all sorts of other chemicals are being sprayed purposely

in the air we breathe all across the world. Part of this weather

modification / world depopulation / " MANY other " plan our hidden

world leaders have in place.

I apologize if that comes as some shock to some of you. I have to

explain where I am coming from so you understand my reasoning. By the

way, I have no motive to lie if that is what some readers may

question. I am open to any questions I wish for you to know as well.

But with these chemicals entering our bodies it will eventually have

effects over time.

If certain vitamins and minerals will help clean our bodies and keep

our immune system running good, shouldn't we take them during these

times?

Is taking vitamins and minerals regularly going to do harm over time?

Any type of harm to our bodies natural defenses or just keep it

rested for the long haul?

I agree in taking time for myself and family. It is tough to do at

times as well as finding time for meditation. That I know I need to

make time for. Two of the most important things in life. Yourself and

Family.

Meditation helps connect.

But thank you so much for your response. I sure hope I can look

forward to another one. That goes for anyone else who might be

reading this. Please share your thoughts.
