WHO PROFITS FROM LUNG CANCER SCREENING? - PART I

Almost 18 months after publication of a study on lung cancer

screening

in the New England Journal of Medicine, Dr. Claudia Henschke, the

study's lead author, has disclosed that her research was funded to

the

charity

- the Foundation for Lung Cancer: Early Detection, Prevention &

Treatment. - that was set up by Dr. Henschke at Weill Cornell Medical

Center.
