A SINCERE PRAYER HAS TREMENDOUS HEALING EFFECT. Keep your mind fully

concentrated in the prayer and such a prayer has the effects of meditation.

Studies have proven that through deep prayer the production of stress hormones

like Adrenalin and cortisone becomes much less. Subsequently, the health of the

heart improves and the possibility of diabetes is reduced. Prayer also improves

mental health. When one prays with total peace of mind, the brain generates

alpha and theta waves. These are the symbols of total health.

Those suffering from chronic ailments, prayer will be extremely useful for

better feelings. It is certain that the real cure comes from within. The

medication will be essential but it should be supported with hope and prayer is

the best source of good hopes.

We are passing through a time that generates " life style diseases " and several

contagious diseases. Medicines alone will not be able to control all these

conditions. Here, we must understand the importance of spiritual health. We

must be able to realize the indomitable spirit lying low by in conformity with

the Mother Nature.

Let us have faith in Nature; let us have faith in ourselves.

Susrutha says that physical health alone does not make one healthy unless one's

mind and spirit are in balanced condition. Then only one can contribute his

share to the human society.
