Will sting for a few seconds. Ware sock or bandage. Change every 2 to 3 hours. Guest guest Posted February 25, 2007 Report Share Posted February 25, 2007 - I have a couple of thoughts. you can try lancing the blister and cupping.You can also try soaking the foot in warm water and epson salts. then try putting activated charcoal todrawl the infection out. Be sure to monitor the child for a fever or any sign of the infection speading,such as red streak running up the leg, increase of swelling.Sometime a cat bite or scratch will need surgery. in which case the wound is cut opened and eragated. In some cases a drain tube is inserted.
