Guest guest
Hi Folks,I wonder if you have some info to share on this topic? I have heard that supplements that have `sulphate` on the end of their name(eg Glucosamine Sulphate)are not very easily absorbed.I have learnt from Raymond Francis`s book `Never be sick again` that Carbonates,Oxides and Phosphates aren`t good either and that Aminoates,Chelates and Gluconates are slightly better and that Ascorbates,Citrates,Fumarates, Malates,Piccolinates,Succinates and Tartrates are good(optimal boiactivity here!).Plenty of info you would have thought! But of course the only form I can find my Glucosamine in(other than the poor Sulphate) is Hydrchloride which he doesn`t mention and I can find no objective info on,so I`m hoping this network will include someone who knows something more............Krista :-)
