Crystals: Amethyst Crystal (Geode Piece 2" x 3" Approx) & Orange Citrine crystal (Geode Piece 1-1/2" x 2" Approx)

Salt: Large Coarse Grain "Dead Sea Salt" (No Other Kind!)

Lavender: Pure Lavender Oil 42/40 (No Other Blends)

Wash Cloth: White only - (No Color)

Take the 2 crystals and lay them under the faucet in the tub- Get both of them wet for a few seconds to activate the crystals. Take the Lavender drops and sprinkle 10 to 15 drops of Lavender on each crystal in the tub. Let stand for 1 minute

Turn the water on at 98 degrees a Hot-Warm Blend …a body temp or a little hotter for comfort. Fill the tub half way just covering the legs only.

Use one package (1 Cup) of Large Grain Dead Sea Salts in the bath water.

Use White washcloth only; wash the face with the Water in the tub. Do this for several minutes – Very Invigorating!

Pick up the Amethyst Crystal (Geode Piece 2" x 3" Approx) and wrap it in the washcloth. Use this as a scrubber lightly on the skin …running it up and down the feet and legs from and back of the thighs, but, back areas and continue to run it up and down your arms and stomach …continue in the shoulder and neck areas. …everywhere you can reach **Do this for 10 minutes**

At this point of the bath your body has consumed or sucked into the skin 2% of 81 different Minerals and Nutrients.

This should take about 10 minutes. You can increase the bath time each bath to your personal needs.

Now take the Orange Citrine crystal (Geode Piece 1-1/2" x 2" Approx) and wrap this in the white washcloth. Do the same as above … Everywhere you can reach. This should take 10 minutes.

You may notice the water is getting thick and murky during the first bath- A whole bunch of toxins have been released into the water from your body- the bath is equal to a 3 Day Fast without all the fuss!

**Do Not rinse the body off with a shower** – Towel dry and relax! Lie down perhaps and rest for a few minutes! The body will still release toxins for at least another 20 minutes through the skin by sweating. A Belly Button meditation would be good at this time! This bath can be done in the morning before going to work or in the evening before going to bed.

OK,

 

I want to re-cap this bath for my own clairification.

 

1- 02 x 03 Amethyst geode

 

2- 01.5 x 02 Citrine geode manditory .50 crust

 

Are these averages, almosts or exacts? It's hard dealing with irregular shapes

at times.

 

A new question. If each member of a family needs to take baths, should they all

have their personal stones? (When you have children in the plural sometimes we

entertain cutting corners)

 

I have not been working with crystals very long BUT have the feeling this

question will be a faux pas from what I know. I just know anything times 4 or 5

is an expensive endevor! I am not cheap, just limited in resources!

 

Oh, and do you offer just citrine pieces out of curosity, and if so, how much

for just a piece of Citrine?
