Diabetes is now one of the most prevalent diseases and is especially a problem of changing life styles. We are of course talking of Diabets Type II (Non-Insulin Dependent Diabetes Mellitus), which is the common form among adults, and is caused more by overeating, lack of exercise and stress. More fiber in the food, exercise and relaxation (Yoga, music, Reiki etc.) will definitely help in controlling the symptoms of this problem and reduce the dependency on drugs.
