Guest guest
Good morning, With all due respect Swami, plant based estrogen herbs & supplements are NOT always the answer for peri/menopausal women. Many women are estrogen dominant or are at increased risk of breast cancer and should avoid these products. This would include soy. These products can actually do far more harm than good. As a woman reaches menopause, the health of the urethral tissues is very influenced by the hormonal changes occuring in the body - not just estrogen. Several symptoms often develop including urinary infections and frequency. While natural sources of estrogen can help with these symptoms, it is important to first determine if it is an appropriate treatment. Natural Testosterone in a cream base applied locally is also a recommended treatment. Perhaps the most effective and natural approach are kegal exercises. In just a week or two, dramatic results will be noticed. Hope this helps! Michelle holistic-health , " S.V.Swamy " <truthseeker123x> wrote: > Dear Susan, > > Sai Ram. Guest guest
Dear Michelle, Sai Ram. You don't have to be apologetic for differing with me. I don't claim to know everything on this earth. Unless a proper diagnosis is made, treatment will be a shot in the dark. Thank you for your valuable participation. Pl. explain what are Kegal exercises. Best wishes.
