You seem to be in USA. How are you coping? Apart from all other treatments, there is one treatment which will help you if you have faith. Pl. visit a Sai Temple near to your place and pray to Him. Get some Udhi from Sai. Take that in water as Tirtha. And if possible, pl. do a parayan of Sai Satcharitra. Best wishes.
