But, was wondering what alternative medicines or ideas people can offer for lower back pain. Any help would be deeply appreciated. > Peace, > Kirsten Hi Kirsten, Jason natural cosmetics offers an exceptionally good pain relief formula. It is very similar to Ben Gay, however without all the analgesics and other drugs included. Its entirely natural and it IS very effective for literally any sort of pain! http://healthandbeautystore.net/pain-relief.html Blessings, JoAnn

Pop, coffee, milk, juice, etc. do not count for water as most take water out of your body. (dehydrate it) You might check out this link in Remedies A-Z http://www.zhealthinfo.com/remedies-b.htm and then scroll down to "back". Guest guest
Hello Sherry, Sorry but nix the cranberry juice for kidney cleanse. Contains oxalates which can cause kidney stones and or create more. Guest guest
Dear Natalie, Sai Ram. Your point about visiting doctor is very valid. I got the impression that the sufferer posted here for alternative therapeutic solutions after visiting the doc. To my limited knowledge kidney complaints do result in lower back pain but not right over the spinal chord. The pain is to the sides. But it is always essential to first get the root cause of the problem established. Therapeutic options are several. Guest guest
As a massage therapist I frequently will suggest to my clients with low back pain to see the health care practioner to rule out thinks like kidney issues or disc issues. the last thing I want is to do additional damage if damage exists. Barring the latter massage is an alternative to drug therapy (if it is not a herniation or kidney issue). holistic-health , BlessedArk2003@a... wrote: > In a message dated 6/8/2004 10:38:21 AM Central Standard Time, > wwooding@t... writes: > > > > Health Resources <lynne5@n...> wrote:<< Hi does anyone have a > solution for lower back pain >> > > > how do you know if it is't a herniated disc?
