Guest guest
Does anyone know much about supplements? I am wondering about vitamin quality....should I buy over the counter (either at the health food store or at the drug store) or order through a company. I can't afford to waste money. Also, does anyone know anything about a product called Chol-Less from Divine Health? I see that is is for helping to lower cholesterol. The ingredients are as follows: 3 tablets contain: Chromium (ChromeMate) 200 mcg Inositol Hexaniacinate 1350 mg Gugulipids 500 mg Guar Gum 225 mg Artichoke Leaf Extract 150 mg Thanks for your help

Guest guest
Hello Patty, Sorry to say but a daily intake of fresh vegatables including green leaf, celery, cukes, ect will provide you with the vitamins your body needs. These do require that you eat them without adding heat. A mineral supp would be a good idea, since our soils have been depleated. There are many mineral supps, maybe one that is in liquid with the 70 or so trace minerals. Organic is best.
