I almost die when I go out into the sun, not to mention the terrible rash that covers my scalp, face and chest after only one minute in the sun! Anyone deal with we who have to live with this disease? I am always looking for non-drug choices for my SLE and RA symptoms. Blessings, B. Guest guest
Dear B, Sai Ram. Though I am not affected that way, I too am adversely affected by exposure to sunlight. Anything and everthing under the sun, including the sun can cause an allergy. I have been reading some books in the recent past, which have linked the allergies and immune system disorders like yours to dysbiosis of the intestinal flora. In simple terms, absence of the right type bacteria. HSOs and Probiotics are likely to help. Will share with you more information in a few days time.
