Just re-reading some of my mail including urs,so I thought I`d offer this.... Try a `Rotation Diet`if ur worried about lowering ur metabolism.There IS a book of that name(I read it sometime ago)but I can`t seem to find it and anyway it`s a very long winded read for summat so easy to explain. You basically eat less for 3-4 days in a row and then SLIGHTLY more for a few days.I did it in calories (as that particular book did) 900-100 Kcals for three days,then 12-1300Kcals for the next 2-3 days.It did it for me!!-I lost the 28llbs I needed/wanted to be rid of slowly(I did it over a year) this way.The advantages of `slowly`is that it retrains ur eating habits and portion sizes.I find I kinda do this automatically now anyway-eat more for a few days then less for the next few.Don`t forget the exersize too!!! I haven`t put it back on either and that was 10 yrs ago-tho` I do sometimes have a coupla llbs to loose after Xmas-well I AM human-lol.Sorry I can`t direct this to someone personally but you didn`t `sign` it with a proper name.-Krista
