Guest guest
Hello: is there anyway to start going " vegetarian" without too many grains? I think that what I trying to explain, is " vegan"....cheese and eggs , milk allowed. I started months ago into vegan diet, I see meat and couldn't take it. after a couple months my weight went up.... My doctor told me what happen to you??? she wasn't happy ( neither I was) too many grains she said, beans, legumes in general....so I went back to eat chicken , fish, occasionally red meat, but I don't want to eat meat...but I don' want to gain weight either..there are some powders that have protein and stuff...but I don't know if that is the right way to go. Actually, I know that there's people in this world that they have been vegetarians all their lives and they don't have a weight problem...is there a secret some where??? lol... thanks to all...... any suggestions? love and light Tarika Finance: Get your refund fast by filing online
Guest guest
Dear Tarika, Sai Ram. It is possible to be a vegan or vegetarian without eating meat. You could take raw and baked vegetables, fruits, nuts etc., without much problem. If you must, eat a few eggs and fish. Take yogurt instead of milk. This way you won't gain weight. Best wishes.
