So eating healthier diet can be great, but also may be lower in cals

because I'm eating more salad, less cookies, etc. But I'm confused

about the whole metabolism thing. If I lower my cal intake doesn't

that cause my metabolism to lower? I'm so confused. Please help.

hello,

this is only a temporary and not a long term solution,but u could try incorporating some lean protein into ur regular diet if u do not have any side effects or problems with eating meat.
