I need to get healthy like I once was, and I need to lose weight so I was curious about getting a colonic for those reasons. I've been changing my diet lately, more fruits, veggies, more raw, more herbal teas, trying to cut out on the sugar. What about natural sugars lake unrefined cane sugar, is that okay?
