I am located in Courtenay, BC, on Vancouver Island. Rent: $450, but open to trades ect. Size: 12 feet by 11 feet Brand new carpet and paint, but you can paint just about any color that you would want. I do Jin Shin, Acupressure, Hot Stone, Shiatsu, Nutrition, Iridology ect.
