I'm glad you got relief for your arm/shoulder! I wasn't sure if drugs were involved in the "cure", though, as most of the associations are support by drug companies and promote drugs big-time. This is, of course, totally foreign to everything I believe.

The Arthritic Association system does not use drugs. Diet, Homeopathy,

vitamin supplements etc.
