I started taking my Neem a couple of days ago and last night my skin was itching, itching, itching. I am not saying it was the Neem or the die off but I wasn't doing anything else that was new so either it was just coincidence or maybe it is supposed to happen? One observation: Neem tablets don't carry well. As soon as I got my order, I put a bottle in my purse so I wouldn't forget to take them and it seems like they crumbled real easily --- lots of powder, broken tablets.
