The late Edward Tarabilda discovered that the constitution (prakriti) you are

born with will always change to another (Vikriti = Change) doing your lifetime.

This is a natural evolvement in order to fulfill your Dharma. Take the example

of the Divine Mother Amma from Kerala. (The hugging mother) Sho was born thin

-with Vata Prakriti. Later on she put on more kilos and bekame Vata-Kapha to

fulfill her mission. If she continued to be pure Vata who would not be able to

do that job.

Any experience in that direction?

All the best

One's prakriti is an innate one, decided at the time of conception. It may only

be modified to some extent, can't undergo total change in normal living

conditions.

It is my experience that for example a vata constitution can only change to

Vata-Kapha or to Vata-Pitta.
