Guest guest
Contrary to mainstream ayurveda the late Edward Tarabilda discovered that salt is decreasing Pitta in the body. In practice it is found that when you take too much salt you need to drink more water -the water cools the body down. My experience is that if you have a cold Kapha-Vata constitution you should thus be carefull not to take too much salt. Any experience in this direction? Guest guest
actually you know Salt basically has property to aggravet the Kapha n Pitta dosh, in Vata kapha condition it increses kapha which leads to avarana to the Vata dosh, that's why problems increased. The Narikela Lavan is exception that being a salt preparation it is indicated in acidity. anurag ____________________ Contrary to mainstream ayurveda the late Edward Tarabilda discovered that salt is decreasing Pitta in the body. Guest guest
The rock salt is used in preparation of narikel lavan, take a narikel i.e. coconut, make a hole through it's hard covering n fill 100gms of rock salt in it, after closing this hole, wrap the complete coconut with cotton cloth embeded with mud it's called kapadmitti, dry it then burn this on specfic time n temperature in cow's dung, when it is got complete burnt remove cloth with mud n hard part, triturate it. it's the preparation called narikel lavan. anurag ____________________ Which type of salt do you use in Narikela Lavan?
