Guest guest
Surely within the scope of ayurveda you would include yoga & meditation which when practiced sufficiently helps anyone resolve and dissolve old resentments. Impatience is an inherent lack of control in some people and can be avoided without blaming other people (abusers) for all one's faults! I know parents get blamed for almost everything in certain types of individuals, but eventually as people mature, they start to take responsibilities for their own attitudes without blaming anyone but themselves. Retaining the knowledge that anger and resentment is fear based behaviour and watching your responses when this occurs, feeling the fear, seeing whence it comes, is helpful too, and using solar plexus breathing and shoulder relaxation when these emotions do arise, and remembering to do this everytime, is the best way to immediately solve the problem. I'm sure allopathy would offer you some pill which would put you instantly into a kinder frame of mind, but hopefully this is not what you want? Guest guest
even herbs like brahmi help with this type of thing. i find that other modalities like hypnotherapy, timeline therapy and theta healing really help to clean up these subconcious issues. Guest guest
You can also put a finger over the right nostil and breath out of the left nostril. This is the relaxing side. The right side is the sun side. Better yet is to breathe out of the left nostril and slow down the breath to less than 4 breaths a minute. You can also do sitali pranayam. Sitali activates the parasympathic nervous system. Here is a link on how to do it. http://siriatma.blogspot.com/2007/12/sitali-pranayam.html GB _________________ How does ayurvda help one deal with unresolved past anger and resentment (from Childhood abuse) that comes forward as an adult in daily situations
