Now he is left with lots of loose skin. Any non-surgical suggestions as to how he can tighten up this excess tissue would be much appreciated. If one is young, the skin may tighten over time, but that has nothing to do with the fact that if one loses a lot of fat, the skin will become loose and hang. Let this be termed ginger tea. Take a piece of towel, dip in ginger tea, and rub skin with the towel, applying pressure. Slight burning sensation may be ignored. After the skin dries up, apply extra virgin olive oil all over the skin and let it absorb. Do this procedure twice a day, continue for one month with diligence. Wearing a bra will change one of the causes of loose neck skin, yoga and jaw exercises will help tauten it and massaging a suitable oil firmly into and under the jaw and lightly with upward strokes will help the delicate skin of the neck itself. Time will help too especially if aided by these little hints for a few months - take a before and after picture so that you can compare your progress as it will be slow and you won't notice improvements on a daily basis.
