Guest guest
Hello everybody I am living in Europe and habe been told to take Swarna Bhasma for anemia. I have Thalassmea, a low hemoglobin condition caused by too small and too few red blood cells in blood; a hereditary condition. I found an old post on this site by Mr/Ms KKurush which said he can make swarna bhasma. But this was way back in 2004. I hope either he or any other esteemed member can help me. I would be very gratful and of course I would expect to pay for the product. Thank you

Guest guest
I am not a doctor but I know that low hemoglobin can be rectified by soaking two dried figs in the night and eat those and drink the water in which these were soaked have milk after this , take this as breakfast. The person who told this to my mother also said that this is like giving direct blood to the body. Dr Devendra Vohra in his book " Health in your hands " says to have one soaked Munakka(dried big black grapes with seeds in them) morning ,afternoon and evening The first day; two each time the second day; three each time the third day; four each time the fourth day; then have four for two more days; seventh day have three; eight day have two; and ninth day have one each time. In this much the hemoglobin count comes to normal. ________________________________ I am living in Europe and habe been told to take Swarna Bhasma for anemia. Guest guest
Instead of self medication, one can visit Baba Ramdev Seva Kendras set up in various countries where a qualified Vaidya gives free advice how to treat various diseases and poor health conditions. Eating of fresh vegetables and fruits of the seasonal variety and doing Yoga and Pranayam for a few minutes daily on an empty stomach has improved hemoglobin of thousands of persons many of whom have reported it in the monthly magazine Yog Sandesh that is also available at the Kendras. Best wishes. Guest guest
I think taking one's health into one's own hands is very responsible. baba ramdev need not be our only source for good health! Nature is available to all of us! I have cured my own anemia with dates and figs. I did not soak them in milk, but just used to eat four to six each morning. My doctor had written me the perscription of 1000 ml of iron and I knew that taking that would make me constipated so I did the dates and figs. My anemia was very bad and within two weeks my doctor was shocked to see how quick my iron tablets worked! I never did tell her I used Mother nature as there is often a conflict with doctors and naturalists in canada where I live. _________________ Instead of self medication, one can visit Baba Ramdev Seva Kendras set up in various countries where a qualified Vaidya gives free advice how to treat various diseases and poor health conditions. Guest guest
Thalassemia is a genetic disorder. It has major & minor types. In major type, the patient needs to maintain the Hb level by taking Blood Transfusions. In minor type, the patient can take Hb increasing food or some Rasayan therapy which will help to maintain the balance between the Doshas & all the Dhatus. So, in this case, as already suggested, home remedies will work upto certain extent. If the prob still remains, then it is advisable to take Swarna Bhasma ( Rasayan Therapy ) in pure form. It will help to boost the production of all essential body tissues ( Hb here ). Regards. ________________________ I am living in Europe and habe been told to take Swarna Bhasma for anemia.
