viscotomy operation affect the married life after 50s

one of my friend has undergone visctomy operation for birth control at the age

of 40 yrs. he want to know whether such operation affect in the married life. he

is now 50 yrs old kindly suggest the medical measures similar to harmone

treatment if available in ayurveda..

Shouldn't your friend have asked these questions before the surgery? I ask,

not to be snide, but because I wonder how well he will follow the

prescriptions of an ayurvedic life style.
