My height is 4.11 and my weight is 58 kg. I want to reduce my weight 10 to 12 kg . Please give advice how can I reduce my weight. Well means each morsel should be broken into so well that it resembles thick dal consistency. Eat less than a full belly i.e. 75%, drink lots of water, do some kind of exercise may be even just walk for at least 45 minutes, Eat your dinner before sunset. Don't think of the fat you have think of how thin and nice you will look. this is also very important. avoid fried stuff. reduce sugar intake. I am Ayurvedic phisician practising in Thane-Maharashtra. you just follow some rules 1 do regular exercise for 45 min every day 2 do not go for diet. instead take regular diet at regular time 3 avoid cold water, cold drinks, sweets and non-veg 4have a dinner at 7 pm max 5 go to bed at 10.30 pm max 6 follow only expert's opinions 7 Ayurved & panchakarm treatment is useful along with this only ________________________________ I am 23 years old. Depends on how much you need to lose, how heavy you are now, how much (or how little) you eat, how much (or how little) you exercise.
