Craving of chalk piece(slate pencil) since 5 months of pregnancy, Spinach soup/juice, milk, curd. Many green veggies contain good amount of minerals which your body is craving for. There are some formulations too, (e.g. Godanti Bhasma) but meet vaidya to determine dose. > 3. Is Praval Bhasm safe at this stage. Meet nearby vaidya. Only pulse can answer this question. > 4 Basically i am on hypothyrodic, but all the levels are normal through out the pregnanacy. Soaked almonds eaten after removing skin (preferably at breakfast time) improve Thyroid function. " normal levels " as brought out by tests speak only about proportion, what about their efficacy. The milk differs from cow to cow, blood differs from person to person. In the same manner, hormones efficacy too differs. There are many posts in archives on " pregnanacy " related issues. They contain answers to most of your questions.
