ayurvedic medicnes and home remedies- pregnancy

Hi

Can anybody suggest me some medicnes and home remedies.

 

1. Ayurvedic Heamatinic which will increase haemoglobin percent quickly

for pregnant ( 7 month) women. At present the HB % is 8.5gm.

 

2. Craving of chalk piece(slate pencil) since 5 months of pregnancy, Can anybody

suggest me how to avoid eating this and subsititute the calcium rich diet and

medicine(Ayurvedic).

 

3. Is Praval Bhasm safe at this stage. If yes how should it be administerd. And

also suggest any other medicines.

 

4 Basically i am on hypothyrodic, but all the levels are normal through out the

pregnanacy.

 

Please do the needful asap

Dried black grapes (Munakka) soaked overnight in copper water. Pl see message

10866. Soaked dates will also do. Beet juice, carrot juice

Spinach soup/juice, milk, curd. Many green veggies contain good amount of

minerals which your body is craving for. There are some formulations too, (e.g.

Godanti Bhasma) but meet vaidya to determine dose.

Meet nearby vaidya. Only pulse can answer this question.

Soaked almonds eaten after removing skin (preferably at breakfast time) improve

Thyroid function. " normal levels " as brought out by tests speak only about

proportion, what about their efficacy. The milk differs from cow to cow, blood

differs from person to person. In the same manner, hormones efficacy too

differs.
