Guest guest
My wife is mostly vata with some pitta. She has a bone spur near the ankle on the upper part of her foot. However, the foot is black and blue near the toes and fading toward the top of the foot. She said the foot hurts. She also has said for months that both feet cramp up and she said the calf muscle also seizes up. She wonders what to do. I have told her to do yoga and other stretches for her feet and calves. but spouse advise is not very well received. Thanks GB
Guest guest
I am definitely not a doctor, no degree nothing, But instead of the allopathic doctors I have great faith in the grandmas' remedies. I have spent a lift time using them and whenever I had to take recourse to the allopathic doctors I suffered. I know that calcarea flour in cell salts is the medicine for bone spurs as mine got cured with that. I firmly believe in stretching. we can allieviate pain through that. Magnesium according to a doctor is good for cramps. natrum mur in cell salts and water with a little bit of salt has always helped me in cramps. Please ask the doctors about this before you treat with these. ________________________________ She has a bone spur near the ankle on the upper part of her foot.
