I work 24 hr shifts so it is necessary to take showers and wash my face here at work. I also used to drink the " filtered " water here. I was having a terrible time with my face flaking and peeling and no amount of lotions would help. I took a vacation and my face immediately cleared up. Things that make you go hmmmmmmm. I now bring my own water to work and I wash my face with Cetaphil without water. I still have to take a shower after my workout, but I keep the water off my face. I still have a slight flaking of my skin when I am here at work but it has improved dramatically. One of the differences in the water is that at home I have a water softener and here at work obviously they don't. Elaine

Guest guest
As per my experience, lauki (bottle gourd) juice mixed with Amla (Indian goosebery) juice is best to stop dandruff. In Pune there is a firm called Nutri Top that gives home delivery of 100 ml refrigerated sachets of the juices just for Rs. 7.50 (rupees seven and fifty paise). Can you believe, it could be that cheap and that good nevertheless?
