Guest guest
Please don't worry much. If you start the simple child-like yoga exercises given at www.atbsnr.com and also shown on You Tube, I do feel, you can be much better very soon and the pain should also disappear by and by, if not all of a sudden. I am advising this as per my own experience. Enjoy the exercises just as a child moves its hands or feet without even thinking about it as to what it is doing. Just it does it and enjoys doing that. That is why I call it an instictive therapy or " Instict Therapy " It does help in most complicated cases also, to the maximum extent possible.
