Guest guest
many thanks for responding I realize ED is a symptom My husband works very long hours drinks, & smokes to relieve tension I believe his veins are suffering from some damage from these choices We went to a urologist about this, but we did not get a treatment plan, or any tests done This ED has been accruing slowly now it is rare to be able to function in that way any day at all. I think the help we can get is limited if he does not choose to keep bowels clean, stop non satwic habits, such as smoking/drinking... but I, the wife, am very much suffering from this- so hoping there is something we or i can do -? I do ayurveda myself. We have gone all organic with the sugars, follow the doshic foods... my husband is pitta I have been giving him organic turmeric, ashwaghanda, marshmallow root(for coughing-due to smoking)in his morning coffee...oh also licorice root. Have you any advice, or more questions? I am so glad for any help. I was looking up some things and came across Ayurshakti tea for ED and hoped for an opinion on that, and also what are the ingredients? Thank you namaste _________________________ Hello, If you have more information of ED pls inform. Guest guest
I am not an ayurvedic practitioner but from what I've read about onion and garlic is that they increase the blood flow to the region ... This would work in case that was/is the problem .. but if ED is due to some other clinical problem or is psychological, I think a different approach would bneed to be used ... Consult a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner in that case www.chakrapaniayurveda.com is a good site for some guidance on the subject .. Dr. Kotecha is one practitioner who has travelled extensively for promoting and providing Ayurvedic medicines and treatment With best wishes from Rahul, (bruntno1 Cybugle) ________________ Raw onions help in this condition so does garlic as has been written in this forum. Guest guest
I would suggest exercise if he will do it. He needs something aerobic since ED is partially caused by hardening of the arteries, which is caused in part by bad circulation. Yoga is also great. Poses like cobra, shoulderstand, plough, and forward bends are good starters. Guest guest
i agree running hills and doing yoga would be best. especially poses that are for ED specifically and you can find those in the yogajournal.com site. they have specific remedies. as for increasing testosterone i would seriously suggest running hills and i mean the big hill that looks daunting. i do several hills and that helps alot with increasing male energy in all facets. namaskar, raja gursahani

I cannot force my husband to do anything, but I will do what I can. I can ask for help and see how I can hopefully implement some good advice. I can tell you more details if that would be of any use. I regret my ignorance showing. That is why i came here. Please forgive me, if you can, kindly.
