Use of Harkash Kantai and Holly Mangrove in Ayurved?

I am not a Doctor but have passion for Ayurved. Can any one of you help me in

regard to use of Harkash Kantai and Holly Mangrove in Ayurved?

consulting with other botanical experts.

 

I understand from their responses that the plant does grow in Goa,

however, as someone knowledgeable about Ayurveda, could you tell me if

it is being used medicinally there? If so, how and in what form, fresh

or dried and powdered?

 

I have heard the Indian name for the plant is something like Harkash

Kantai.
