Try putting a couple of slices of ginger

in a herbal tea twice a day. Ginger is wonderful at

promoting peripheral circulation.

For me the best expecially for any legs problems

caused by poor circulation is " Butcher's Broom " it

works an almost instantly. I am a diabetic and we have

many problems but no more legs problems as I have

Butcher's Broom which aids the circulation thus

improving the performance of my legs...

not sure about the spotty appearance, but for circulation you'd best to take Cayenne tincture.

Herbal Remedies - Circulation

I am new to the group and would like to introduce myself a little later when I have a few more minutes however in the meantime if I could ask a question...I have noticed today that there is a blue spotty appearance to my legs which I'm guessing means that my circulation or oxygen is depleted...is there anything I can take for this-something like a tea or something?

To help create more circulation to that are treat it with Hot/cold treatment.

Go as hot as you can stand it to frezzing cold

Keep alternating

Like Lisa said cayenne is the herb for circulation, get it right to that area

Thank you to all of you, this circulation problem seems to be better

when I exercise and I remembered that I haven't in the last couple

days. I will do so for the next few without taking a break and see

if it stays better first-i've changed so much lately I hate to do

more right away.

I wanted to say hello to all of you and that I am SO glad to have

found this group. I have recently been getting into the herbal and

natural things and getting away from the millions of chemicals that

seem to be around these days. I have in the last few days changed my

diet considerable to include fruits and veggies (lots!!)and natural

foods. I take a multivitamin (although my stomach is sensative so

have to take 1 in afternoon and 1 at dinner-it's a 2 pill dosage)

and ester-c. I have in the last couple days started on omega

supplements (with 3,6 and 9's) but it seems to give me nausea after

I take it-and I only take 1 pill-is that normal? How could I reduce

that? I also have started drinking Bija Deep Cleansing Tea. Is that

good tea and has anyone used it before? How often are you supposed

to drink it? One more question-I hate to bombard you all...can you

recommend a herbal cleansing that is not too harsh (everything

affects me very strongly)or would this tea suffice? I have never

cleansed before and have no idea what i'm doing.

Thank you all in advance for the wealth of information you all have

and the knowledge I will gain from it!

What is PROBABLY happening is that your blood is pooling. What you need to do is to take a 10 minute fast walk around mid day. Also cut down on your salt intake.>>

You may also wear those "support socks" or hose. I bought a pair at yard sale and they DO put a strong clasp on your whole lower leg. I dont wear em myself, generally, though.

To get the swelling down quickly if you have access to a pool were you

can float and move around a while that will do wonders to get

immediate relief. It helped me in the summer heat and also when I was

pregnant.
