Guest guest
I am writing this so people in this group can be aware (beware) of ayurvedic practitioners that do not serve the customer so other people do not have the same experience. Early last May I received an Ayurvedic consultation by email. This went fine. The company I was supposed to get the herbs from however was a different story. I paid Aayurmed for herbs for my wife and myself (http://www.aayurmed.com/) in early May. I also paid about $150 in shipping. I probably paid over $300 total. The herbs were shipped in mid June or so. In July, I did not receive the herbs. I called UPS. UPS said I had to contact the shipper (Aayurmed). Aayurmed said in a short email that the herbs were damaged. Aayurmed said in a one sentence email that UPS is investigating. It is now early Sept. and I have heard nothing from Aayurmed since July. I have sent numerous emails to the company and the owner of the company. I rarely receive a reply. I understand problems happen sometimes. Customers can understand. It is just poor business and very unprofessional to ignore the customer and not do anything about the problem. At this point I can only presume that I got scammed by the company. I feel people should deal with a transpanent company. I would not advise doing business with this company. GB
Guest guest
GB . I am totally agree with u in this regard . It is the company's duty to see the matter perfectly . When u take some charge , u should do ur duties perfectly .. Nowadays many companies are coming up for the large market outside India with the eye on money . On getting money , they usually ignore the problems . __________________ ..... It is now early Sept. and I have heard nothing from Aayurmed since July. Guest guest
If people do business honestly, it will usually pay off with creating " good will " . The customer will keep coming back and will recommend other customers. If they do not give good service or are dishonest, then customers will not go the the business. I think in the long run karma will sort things out. GB ____________ It is the company's duty to see the matter perfectly . When u take some charge , u should do ur duties perfectly .
